Shipping & Returns

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We ship to the UK and worldwide with a few minor exceptions which includes hazzardous goods such as lifejacket co2 cylinders and aerosols. Free shipping over £250 only applies to the UK. For any shipping related questions feel free to post to our forum or contact us directly.

Snuggtopz reserve the right to cancel orders if they contain restricted goods, we will inform the customer by email should this happen and attempt to offer an alternative solution.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email contact@snuggtopz.com to request a refund and we will assign you a processing reference.

2. Mail your returned item to:

     Returns Department
     12 Owens Close
     NR15 2TX


3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. This will make it much easier and quicker for us to deal with you request.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless it was our error in supply of goods.

Exchanges

If your product is in like new condition, you may exchange your product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

We aim to ensure all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. At busy periods this may take longer, For International turnaround, please ask.

Carriers


Depending on the order value we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail or Royal Mail Signed For
APC Distribution or UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

Lost Packages

Orders that are lost in the post are the responsibility of the carrier, once the order leaves Snuggtopz we no longer have control of the actual delivery. Should a package become lost we will be able to help with a claim against the carrier but only refund or replace at our discression. As soon as you believe a package may be overdue contact us with as much information as you can, retain all emails and paperwork including missed delivery cards.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
